Redmi has finally launched its first gaming smartphone. The name of this phone is Redmi K40 Gaming Edition. The phone will be made available for sale in China from April 30. The starting price of the phone is Rs 23,000 where you get the base model with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. You have to pay Rs 31,000 for the top end model i.e. 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
The handset comes in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 128GB option. Redmi has also launched a special Bruce Lee edition of this phone which comes with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB built in storage. The Redmi K40 Gaming Edition has a 6.67-inch Full HD + AMOLED display that comes with HDR 10+ support, 10 bit color, DCI-P3 coverage, 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate.

The phone comes in Black, Silver and Black color options. When it will be launched in India, it is not currently known.
