According to the report of 91Mobiles, the Oppo company is planning to bring its Oppo K9 Smart TV series after China to India next year. This launch can be done in the first quarter of the year 2022.
As we mentioned, the company launched its Oppo K9 Smart TV series in China in May this year, under which three screen sizes were introduced they were 65 inches, 55 inches and 43 inches. However, in the month of September, the company also launched the 75-inch variant in the Chinese market.
Oppo Smart TV K9 series specifications, features
The 65-inch, 55-inch, and 75-inch TVs in the Oppo Smart TV K9 series feature 4K (3,840×2,160 pixels) displays with 60Hz refresh rate, 93 percent DCI-P3, and 300 nits brightness. Whereas the 43-inch TV has a Full HD (1,920×1,080 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 60Hz and a brightness of 230nits. Oppo Smart TV K9 65 and 75 inch variants also support 60Hz MEMC dynamic compensation, while this feature is not provided in the other two models. All TVs also have HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG support.
In terms of audio, the Oppo Smart TV K9 65-inch, 55-inch and 75-inch models have two 15W speakers that give an overall output of 30W and support Dolby Audio. At the same time, Dolby Audio is also supported in the 43-inch model, but in this two speakers have been given to 10W. Overall, both the speakers produce 20W of output.
Talking about the internal features, all the TVs have been given quadcore MediaTek MT9652 SoC chipset and G52 MC1 GPU. All TVs have 2 GB RAM. The 75-inch TV has 32GB, the 65-inch 55-inch TV has 16GB of onboard storage while the 43-inch TV has 8GB of storage. The TVs of the Oppo Smart TV K9 series operate on ColorOS TV2.0 and the remote also has the feature of voice assistance. The bigger TV models also have far-field speed technology. But this feature is not given in 43-inch TVs.
For connectivity, the Oppo Smart TV K9 series also comes with dual band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5, three HDMI ports, two USB ports, DTMB port, and Ethernet port. The 65-inch model also has support for eARC in one of the HDMI 2.1 ports. Whereas the other two models have HDMI 2.0 ports but eARC support is not provided.
