Once the media is open, the recipient of WhatsApp will be asked to say “This Photo is set to view once. For more privacy, this photo will disappear after you close it”. That is, “This photo has been set to be seen once. This photo will disappear when you turn it off for more privacy. message will appear.
Know these things before sending photos in View Once
1- WABetaInfo said in its report that even if the user disables read receipts for such messages, the receiver will be able to see the photo and video all the time, even if it is set to View Once. With this, the sender will not get the information that when the receiver has opened the message.
2- If we talk about group chat, then even after disabling read receipts, users will be able to see when other people in the group have seen the expiring photo.
3- If a person saves a photo or video sent with View Once or takes a screenshot of the photo or captures a video, WhatsApp will inform the sender.
4- If you have blocked someone and he is present in a common group, then he can see the photos and videos sent to the group with View Once. Apart from this, if a user sends a photo or video using View Once to those people who have not enabled this feature, then they can also watch it once.
