WhatsApp will bring multi-device feature for all users
Apart from this, WhatsApp is also planning to give access to the multi-device feature. Some WhatsApp users have received pop-ups regarding multi-device support. Once rolled out, the multi-device feature will give users access to the messaging app on their phones as well as on four more devices.
WhatsApp had said that the messaging app would now consider rolling out the multi-device feature, the stable variant of WhatsApp for Android and iOS, for non-beta users. The multi-device feature is currently in beta program, so users may face some issues. “Today, WhatsApp is working on forcing people to update to the multi-device version for future updates,” the report said.
