Windows 11: Microsoft has started rolling out Windows 11 in India. This latest software can be downloaded on Windows 10 PC through a free upgrade. Along with this, Windows 11 will also be supported in the newly launched laptops. The company has announced that its partners such as Asus, HP and Lenovo have started making new pre-installed Windows 11 devices. Similarly, soon Acer and Dell will also make such devices. Microsoft says that new Windows 11 users will have to first select “Download and Install” to download it. After this, users will have to accept the terms of the Microsoft software license, after which the downloading process will start.
How to Install Windows 11 on Your Windows 10 Device
If your PC already has Windows 10 software, you can use the PC Health Check app to check whether Windows 11 can be installed on your device or not. Next, you can check whether Windows 11 can be installed on your device by opening Windows Update Settings. You can install Windows 11 through the process described here.
First go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and then click on “Check for Updates”. If your device is ready to upgrade, you’ll see an option to download and install. If you are ready to install Windows 11, you can simply select Download and Install.

The latest Windows 11 software update comes with a new user interface and improved performance. In this you can also see a new Windows Store. In this, a new center task bar and start button have been given. You will now see a grid of icons that can be rearranged and pinned to the new Start menu. In this you will get things like calendar, weather, sports leaderboard with new design. The new OS also brings with it an improved system tray with split notifications and quick action UI. Apart from this, Microsoft says that in this new update, users will experience faster and better performance.
