NFTs worth Rs 3,000 cr sold in just 3 days on LooksRare Marketplace

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are rapidly making their way into the crypto market. Now, a new online marketplace for these digital assets has been launched, called “LooksRare”, and Coin Telegraph reports that the marketplace clocked $394 million (about Rs 2,912 crore) in sales in just three days. is of. Reports have estimated OpenSea’s last year’s sales, which are likely to be around $10 billion (approximately Rs 739,225 crore).

With the launch, LooksRare has decided to charge 2% fee on basic sales and no fee on private sale of NFT pieces. On the other hand, reports suggest that OpenSea charges 2.5% fees on each transaction.

The top choice of buyers on LooksRare is the NFT Meebits collection by LarvaLabs. The same creator has also created Cryptopunks and Autoglyphs.

Some have even raised suspicions that Meebits could potentially be wash-traded on LooksRare.

LuxRay Marketplace lists all NFT collections on the Ethereum blockchain. This means you can trade on all Ethereum NFTs that are available on OpenSea.

The new platform NFT is also rewarding all buyers and sellers with their native token LOOKS.
