Jio Services On WhatsApp: Telecom company Reliance Jio has started providing recharge facility through WhatsApp chatbot. According to the company, other services are also being provided with it. Now with the help of WhatsApp, Jio users will be able to take advantage of many services on the chatbot including recharge, payment, answering questions and making complaints with the help of WhatsApp. The company is also giving information about the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine.
With the help of the new service, people can know the availability of the COVID-19 vaccine without the help of a one-time password.
Jio sim, jio fiber, jio mart and international roaming support
The service is available on 7000777007, and users have to send it by simply typing “Hi”. The chatbot also works for other mobile networks and with the help of this, the Jio account can also be recharged with information related to the vaccine. Unlike other official online portals, the user can refresh the search for vaccine centers and availability by posting the pincode in the chat here and then typing the pincode of the area.
Jio users also get support for mobile portability service, Jio SIM, Jio Fiber, Jio Mart and international roaming on the chatbot. When the chatbot is accessed from a non-Jio network or a number with no registration, the user is verified before giving account related information.
