If users like and go to a page that shares the wrong information, then they will see a pop-up.
The pop-up window will give you information about the wrong content shared by the page and then you will be asked whether you want to follow the page or go back. Facebook is also increasing the penalties for those Facebook accounts, which spread fake information.
Page content will be reduced in the news feed
The company said in a blog post that they are launching new methods, so that people will be informed about the content that has been declared fake by fact check. According to the company, they have taken strict action against pages, groups, Instagram accounts that share misinformation and are expanding some of these steps, including penalties for individual Facebook accounts.

Facebook said that it will reduce the distribution of all posts from the person’s Facebook account to the news feed if they repeatedly share such content that has been found to be fake by one of its fact checking partners.
