It was said last week that the CoWIN portal would be made available in Hindi and 14 regional languages by next week, while 17 more laboratories would be added to the INSACOG network to monitor the variants of COVID-19. Registration required for people in the age group of 18-44
It is mandatory for people in the age group of 18-44 to register on the portal to be eligible for vaccination. They will be allowed to enter the vaccination center only if they have an appointment. Whereas walk-in is allowed for those 45 years and above.
Apart from the portal, one can also register for vaccination through Aarogya Setu App or UMANG App. While going for the Covid-19 vaccination, carry the photo ID card that is mentioned in your appointment details. If you have any disease, then while going for vaccination, carry its medical certificate. Apart from this, you can also get information by calling the helpline number 1075 of CoWIN.
