Pushpalata Yadav was an Assistant Manager at State Bank of Hyderabad! He resigned from the job in 2015 and since then started preparing for the Civil Service Examination! Pushpa’s daily routine of Manesar was quite difficult! Because along with studies, he had to take care of his 2-year-old son then! Time and resources were both limited for that! Pushpala resigned from the job in 2015! After this, they started preparing for the Civil Services Examination! Now days and nights were spent in his studies! Pushpa was short of money! Because of this, she could not do coaching even if she wanted to! On the basis of self study, she decided to move forward!
Pushpa married three-three responsibilities of home and child! Despite this, he made his dream of cracking the Union Public Service Commission civil service exam come true! He once again turned this example into an experience that with hard work dedication and perseverance, any goal can be achieved! Because of this, she could not do coaching even after wishing! On the basis of self study, they decided to move forward!
Did not take any coaching at home
Like the rest of the candidates preparing for the Union Public Service Commission! Also thought of coming to Delhi for coaching! But the family’s financial crisis did not allow this to happen! He himself prepared for the exam and did not take coaching. During the days of preparation, he had to face many difficulties! But still she took time and studied 10 to 12 hours in a day, Pushpala!
Civil service exam is cleared in the second appearance
Pushp Lata’s married life was surrounded by three responsibilities of husband’s home and child! Despite this, he made his dream of cracking the Union Public Service Commission civil service exam come true! He once again turned this example into an experience that hard work! With dedication and perseverance any goal can be found! Full time housewife Pushp Lata cleared the Indian Administrative Service Civil Service Exam in the second appearance!

Pushpalata she says keep your books limited but revise them again and again it is more important! Create your own strategy because everyone has different weeknights and strengths! Make daily goals and complete them! She says that she used to decide for the day that today she has to finish so many chapters! And would have done it by night even though there was no fixed schedule for his studies between family responsibilities! The bus used to complete the thought portions by the end of the day! Pushpala was at four in the morning!
And she would have studied for two to three hours before the child got up! This is how she used to read the opportunity from the whole day! She used to take time for cooking and handling the child as a refreshment and believed that she got a break for studies! Her husband and family members also played an important role in this! Overall, Pushpala gave up his life and died by realizing his dream of becoming an Indian Administrative Service!

Pushpalata’s family broke hope when Pushpala did not get success even after a long preparation! But Pushpala had not lost his courage! As a result, in the year 2017, they cracked the UPSC exam! He had secured 80th rank in this exam and today he is doing his job in the post of Indian Administrative Service!
