Abhishek Saraf, a resident of Bhopal, studied at IIT Kanpur before preparing for UPSC. While studying here, Abhishek’s numbers were in the toppers list in the class. Talking about this, Abhishek says that I never locked myself in a room and always kept a lost attitude in books. I also had many friends with whom I used to spend my free time. Abhishek further states that during the studies, I considered it most important to focus only on the studies. So whenever I sat reading a subject, I used to drown in it and paste it on the wall of my study room in the form of short notes to remember his points.

Abhishek says that I had adopted this method in IIT also, after completing my studies from here, when I took the post of Executive Officer Trainee in Railways, then I was unhappy for the Union Public Service Commission. I started dreaming of getting more and more connected to society through this exam. For this, I got the same method of studying again. Abhishek says that he first studied the entire syllabus of the UPSC Indian Administrative Service, then made his notes. By making short notes out of those notes also highlighted their essential points so that anytime they see the highlight, they miss the entire context of the subject.

IAS Abhishek used to put memorized notes on the walls of his room
Abhishek says that when this process of making notes started, by the fourth appearance, the walls of his study room were filled with notes. Abhishek further states that whenever I used to sit vacant after completing my course, or on whose side I also looked, there used to be a note and then I used to repeat it once more. In this way, that subject completely sat in my mind. Regarding the preparation of UPSC, they say that if you are dreaming of clearing UPSC, then for that you will also have to focus on the preparation methods.

Union Public Service Commission Topper Abhishek explains that during this preparation you must first understand how much syllabus is. From which books would it be better to read. After that, you will have to study those subjects according to yourself. Abhishek has achieved this success in the fourth appearance. Talking about his success, he told that I had already got success in the appearance but I wanted to improve my rank further, so my level of preparation increased further.
