She left her twelfth examination for the local-level chess-championship. The whole life was going on without any purpose and without any leadership. Today the same man is leading a company that employs thousands of employees and has an annual turnover of around 600 crores.

Parakram Singh Jadeja Today’s life has become an example in which there is a complete story of achieving great success by rising above the struggles. He grew up in an environment in Rajkot where people used to spend entire days playing gambling and indulged in alcohol. He was a student of normal level from the beginning. Parakram Singh was very fond of Chase, he did not think anything before him and due to this attachment, he also left his Class XII examination.
Apparently he was more interested in playing Chase than sitting for the exam. Now they were pursuing life without any goal, without any degree. He asked his father for a few rupees for his chase. A few days later his father initially gave him 10,000 rupees, then after a few weeks, 5,000 and after ten days he gave another 5,000 rupees. Parakram became irritated with his father and said to his father, “Why didn’t you give me all the money together. I missed three days. ”
Parakram’s poor father explained to him that he had received the money by borrowing from his provident fund, credit society and his friend. Parakram was shocked to hear this. All this had a profound effect and he decided that he would give up his attachment to Chase now and help his family by doing some work.
A friend told him that there is a loan scheme from the government in which Rs 35,000 is being received without any interest. Parakram bought a metal cutting lathe machine and rented a shop. One of his uncles helped him a lot in his business. Parakram worked hard and repaid all the loans within a year.
When I started in business, I had no dream nor vision. I needed to live it.
He took the next challenge in his hands to build a machinist-apron. This was a bit difficult for a novice businessman. He spent a lot of his time understanding her design. His uncle needed five aprons, then Parakram promised him an apron within 20 days. This was a start for him and after that he built his own niche in the business of supplying aprons throughout the city.
In view of his performance in 1991, a local bank offered him a loan of Rs 5 lakh at one percent interest. Parakram decided that he would buy an auto CAD computer with this money, which would help in designing the machine. At that time the value of that computer was Rs 1.6 lakh. Everyone was advised not to buy such a expensive computer, but Parakram, realizing the power of technology, bought this computer.
His decision proved to be correct and he benefited immensely from the computer. His products now started becoming very accurate and perfect. He took another big step in 1993, deciding that he would make lathe machines, then he started supplying to big companies like Kirloskar and HMT. At that time his team had just 16 employees and his annual turn over was Rs 25 lakh.
I did not have an engineering degree, but I always believed that nothing is impossible.
Parakram’s company dealt directly with customers and never behaved harshly. This is the reason why his company continued to grow. They did not promote them, their customers used to promote them. He named his company ‘Jyoti CNC Automation’ after his sister.
His respectful attitude with all, never compromising with quality and always using new technology has been the source of his success. Today his annual turnover has reached Rs 600 crores and employs around 1200 employees. In this way, the business of a targetless boy started with a loan of Rs 35,000, the business is today included in the list of the country’s famous company. This story is truly an inspiration for all of us.
