Awadh Kishore Pawar says that he wanted to take the civil services exam right from the beginning. One day he saw that a boy from a poor family had passed this exam, so he thought why he could not. Seeing all these things, Awadh Kishore Pawar quit his job and started preparing for UPSC. In those days, Awadh used to work in Godrej, Mumbai. After leaving the job, Awadh started preparing for the country’s toughest exam. Awadh Kishore Pawa says that he comes from the, medium background. In such a situation, they have to face a lot of hard work and trouble in finding the study material.
UPSC left a good job to prepare
After this, Awadh Kishore Pawar shifted from Mumbai to Delhi for preparation, but Awadh knew this very well, preparing for UPSC exam and passing the exam is not so easy. In the meantime, they will have to face many difficult things. Thinking about this, Awadh Kishore Pawar had a complete backup plan and along with this exam, he had applied for many more exams. Awadh further states that according to the criterion of UPSC, they can take these exams only once in a year. If no examination is passed, then the whole year is wasted. So I improved my skills for other exams as well.
Avadh Kishore Pawar has failed in 40 exams, yet he did not give up
Awadh Kishore Pawar says that he took about 40 exams including banking and state administration services but failed in all, along with four attempts he could not even clear the UPSC, Awadh tells that I am from Chhindwara district of Madhya Pradesh I come from a rural area. Where going outside the village for a job is considered quite a thing. So joining the civil services was a big deal. Avadh Kishore Pawar further states that people coming from the small village are not afraid of failure. So it did not matter much to me that he has failed in so many exams.
In the year 2015, Awadh achieved 657 ranks in UPSC exam.
Avadh Kishore Pawar further said that I have learned a lot from my many mistakes, then one day it came that Awadh Kishore Pawar succeeded his hard work. He had secured 657 rank in the UPSC examination in the year 2015. This was his fifth attempt. After this, Awadh Kishore Pawar became an example for those people who concede defeat after failing in any examination. Awadh said that focus is necessary for this exam, but I also made some mistakes. I took Public Administration as a subject rather than an optional subject, which I had mastered.
Awadh attains All India 657 rank in the fifth attempt

I finally got into, literature and managed to achieve the All India 657 rank in my fifth attempt. Awadh Kishore Pawar told that I did not join any coaching center for general studies till my fourth attempt. I relied on self-study and not on someone who has a lot of experience.
