And the beauty of this work has been divided by nature into two parts, the inner beauty which is permanent, which is displayed as its positive behavior.     The demand for external beauty is increasing in today’s world and there is no doubt about it and every person is conscious to enhance the beauty of their body. On the other hand, the process of change in external beauty can be made possible by the use of cosmetics because every person wants to be the master of an attractive personality.

    According to current belief, body beauty makes a person attractive as well as increases confidence. But to increase this beauty, the use of chemical elements proves very fatal. But the use of Ayurvedic herbs is considered healthy. Renowned beauty expert has taken the responsibility of improving the physical beauty of every person using the same Ayurvedic herb Shehnaaz Hussain.

    Amongst India’s beauty experts, there is hardly anyone unfamiliar with the name of Shahnaz. Known for her outspoken views and charming personality, Shahnaz Hussain holds a special place among India’s top female entrepreneurs. Today on the basis of their hard work and creativity, their herbal products have established their place in the fast-growing fashion world. Today her company Shahnaz Hussain Herbals is one of the largest companies making herbal products worldwide. But this building of Shahnaz’s success has not stood overnight.

    Former Chief Justice of India N.N. U. A daughter was born to Baig, named Shahnaz. Since childhood, Shahnaz was interested in such works which have creativity. Gradually, time began to pass at its own pace and the sky of Shahnaz’s dreams also started growing. But then she was engaged at the age of 14, preferring the rituals of the then society. And shortly after the engagement, they got married at the young age of 16. Right now Shahnaz was shielding herself in that new environment that same year the responsibility of becoming a mother came upon her. Now Shahnaz had the responsibility of family at such a young age, she had to discharge the role of a daughter-in-law, wife and mother.

    It was very difficult to find time to fulfill her dreams while fulfilling all the responsibilities. But it is said that if there is a passion to make dreams come true, then the road starts forming on its own. Shehnaaz did not lose her dream of beautifying people by becoming her beautician.

    At that time, one could not even imagine that Shehnaaz, who became a mother at such a young age, would be able to touch the heights of success in her life, even she herself did not know her success. Shehnaz talked to her husband about realizing her dream, seeing her determination to become a beautician, her husband and father fully supported her.

    For the time being when her husband went to work in Iraq, in the meantime, Shehnaz also started training in the use of cosmetics in London, taking the first step towards fulfilling her dream of becoming a beauty expert. Shehnaz knew that chemical cosmetics have an adverse effect on the body, so she trained in the natural beauty system in London, Paris, New York and Copenhagen’s prestigious porter for nearly ten years to learn about Ayurvedic and purity products.

    Returning to India in 1977, she borrowed Rs 36,000 from her father and made her debut with Shahnaz Husain Herbals from her home in Delhi. As soon as Shehnaaz’s herbal cosmetics started getting tremendous support. Earlier Shahnaz used to prepare treatment for specific skin-related diseases, but in view of the increasing demand from consumers, they soon introduced various products in the market to prevent acne, freckle, lack of skin moisture and alopecia.

    Time began to pass at its own pace and Shehnaaz along with the responsibility of her family, climbed the ladder of success in her field. And seeing her ability in the seventies, Shahnaz got an opportunity to represent India at the CIDESCO, a global conference of beauty experts, and taking advantage of this opportunity, he impressed everyone with her thoughts and her eloquence. The affected assembly members gave them an opportunity to preside over the conference for a day.

    Taking full advantage of this opportunity, Shahnaz tried to draw the attention of the whole world to Ayurveda of India. As a result of her continued success in the field of beauty, she was honored with the Rajiv Gandhi Saddbhavana Award and Women of the Decade Award 1983. And she was also honored with prestigious awards like Image India Award 1985 and FICCI Outstanding Women of the Year Award 1986.

    By the nineties, the demand for Shehnaaz’s products started increasing and her cosmetics and solutions to the beauty problems he faced became so much preferred that the demand for her products started in all the big stores in the country and the world. Gradually, the demand for Shehnaaz’s Ayurvedic beauty products started increasing around the world, and her cosmetics from London’s famous Harrods to Dubai’s Shan Sultan stores became their important place. Seeing the demand of her cosmetics in the world, Shehnaz, adopting a successful business system, opened its exclusive stores in India and abroad as a franchisee but did not fall in the best quality, so she still trains all her franchise owners first. .

    More than 350 products of her company Shehnaaz Herbals Group are available at 30,000 outlets and the annual turnover of the company is beyond 650 crores.

    For me and my company customer satisfaction is the biggest advertisement that they get from their experience as a result of using our products. Verbal promotion instills more trust in the customer’s mind than advertising.

    The need for international level training institutes in the field of aesthetic medicine in India was felt by Shahnaz from the very beginning, so Shahnaz established ‘Women’s World International’ in the field of aesthetic medicine in India. The main objective of this institute is to impart training on all subjects from anatomy, beauty and personality development to salon management. After this, Shahnaz gained fame in the female beauty field and also started ‘Men’s World International’ in the field of male beauty, which is working to train men in aesthetic medicine.

    Apart from this, there are two medicine gardens and flower gardens of Shahnaz near Delhi. Where new varieties of medicinal plants are developed keeping in view the present requirements. The most important thing is that even in today’s competitive world, Shahnaz’s beauty products and despite such a huge business, her company never advertises its products. Shahnaz has played an important role in making Indian Ayurveda a prestigious place not only in the country but also abroad. Presently, her company makes about four hundred products for beauty and health which have a different identity in the world market.
