Are the heroes of today’s story Deepak Aggarwal? He is very fortunate and also a visionary, who soon realized that his area of choice is marketing business. He needed a stable career before he could pursue his dream. He first completed his education to get it and became a Chartered Accountant in 2011. He did an internship at Ernst & Young Company and after becoming a CA, he worked there for a year. Deepak started his own business in 2011 after working for a year. Deepak considers his father as his biggest inspiration. When Deepak stepped into the market, he saw that it was not so easy. The biggest hurdle was how to increase contact with customers. How to reach customers through bulk SMS and increase your business. The second hurdle was that people were not aware of the new emerging technology opportunity so it became difficult to contact them.
This time was a bit difficult for Deepak and it also took a good test of Deepak’s determination. They had to think about how to make a place in the market when you are doing all the work yourself. Time was troublesome, but Deepak never gave up. Deepak remembers remembering the old days,
“When I was in seventh grade, it was my hypothesis that I get my own IPO. This hypothesis inspired me to make my company a success and it is proposed to have an IPO for shareholders within the next five years. ”
His company ONEX Solutions started with its own mutual fund savings until cash flow started. Despite the ups and downs, their struggle continued but fate took a turn when they had a CA as a life partner. Got a wife He took over the role of director accounts.
His company has 18 employees and has offices in Kolkata, Mumbai, NCR and Delhi. This year the revenue of his company is likely to be around 3 to 3.5 crores. They get energy by always doing something new and being honest about their work. His business has spread through franchises. His business is also growing in Baroda and Guwahati.
“Last year, we decided that through franchises that we would share our success and more than 80 people joined this success journey. Right now we have added three more new people just a few months ago and we have got very good response from them as well. ” – Deepak
