Vikas has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police Headquarters regarding this incident.
New Delhi, The player who played with Indian cricket team cricketer Virat Kohli was assaulted by the Delhi Police. The name of this player is Vikas Tokas. Vikas has been a part of Virat Kohli’s team RCB team in IPL. Vikas was severely assaulted by the Delhi Police on 26 January. In this beating, he got hurt under his eye. Vikas has filed a complaint with the Delhi Police Headquarters regarding this incident.
Vikas was a part of RCB in the year 2016. According to Vikas, he was stopped by some policemen on January 26 near his village (besides Bhikaji Cama police station area) and demanded Rs 2,000. Police accused Vikas that he was not wearing a mask. When Vikas objected to this, the policemen forcibly sat in his car and started abusing him. During this, a policeman punched him hard.

Vikas further told that, after abusing the policemen took him to the station and alleged that he was running away with a rifle. After this, a policeman of the station asks Vikas to compromise that he has made a mistake. After leaving the station, Vikas sent a complaint to the DCP and the CP by sending an email. They demanded the suspension of the DCP and the CP and another policeman who beat up.
On the other hand, DCP South West Gaurav Sharma termed all the allegations leveled by Vikas as baseless. He said that on January 26, Vikas was stopped for checking. After this he started misbehaving with the policemen.
