IPL 2022 is starting from 26th March. While making its official announcement, BCCI has also released the names of those 4 stadiums. Now the names of those 5 grounds have been revealed, where 10 teams playing this season will do practice practice.
League stage matches will be held in these stadiums
* Mumbai, Wankhede Stadium: 20 matches
* Mumbai, Brabourne Stadium (CCI): Total 15 matches
* Mumbai, DY Patil Stadium: Total 20 matches
* Pune, MCA International Stadium: Total 20 matches.
Teams will practice in these 5 grounds
A total of 10 teams will play this time in IPL 2022. 2 new teams – Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Gujarat Titans will play their first season. According to reports, the teams will practice in these five grounds:
* Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), Bandra Kurla Complex
* Braborne Stadium, Churchgate (Braborne Stadium, Mumbai)
* DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai
* Reliance Corporate Park, Mumbai
* MCA Ground, Thane
All teams will stay separately
All matches of IPL 2022 will be played in Mumbai. The reason behind this is that to avoid the infection of Corona, it is necessary that the players do not have to travel much. According to sources, all the teams will stay in different hotels.
Green corridor will be built for teams
A green corridor will be made for all the 10 teams to reach the stadium from the hotel and return from the stadium to the hotel without any other problem. With this, along with the safety of the IPL team, the bio-bubble will also be followed.
It is being told that the players of the team, who set up their practice camp in Mumbai, will come to Mumbai after March 8. All players must first complete the quarantine period. Players will be able to practice only if they come negative in the RT-PCR test.

All players and support who are participating in IPL 2022 will have to show their corona negative report on reaching Mumbai. This test should not be more than 48 hours old. After this all the players will have to stay in strict quarantine for 3 to 5 days. And yes, during this time RT-PCR test of all the players will be done 3 times.
