Indian benchmark indices have been buying and selling with positive factors on Friday, monitoring upbeat cues from abroad. The BSE Sensex was up round 300 factors at 54,530, and the NSE Nifty was 100 factors larger at 16,250. The broader markets have been outperforming the benchmarks. The BSE MidCap and SmallCap indices up 1.1%. Sectorally, Nifty Bank, Financials, Media held sturdy positive factors, up round %. Nifty IT pared positive factors, and was up 1%. Meanwhile, Energy pack was severely weak, down 1.5%. Paradeep Phosphates made a tepid market debut with its shares getting listed at Rs 43.55 on the BSE, a 4% premium over its concern worth of Rs 42 per share. A complete of 44 shares hit 52-week excessive on BSE, whereas 50 shares have been at recent lows intraday.
