Course5 Intelligence IPO: After the stupendous success of Latent View Analytics’ IPO in 2021 last year, another data analytics company’s IPO is about to come. Data analytics and insights company Course5 Intelligence has submitted preliminary papers to market regulator SEBI to raise Rs 600 crore through IPO. Under this IPO, new shares of Rs 300 crore can be issued, while according to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed by the company, shares worth Rs 300 crore will be sold through offer for sale.
However, the company is also contemplating the placement of shares worth Rs 60 crore before the IPO and if this happens then the share of new shares may come down. The money raised through the sale of new shares will be used for inorganic growth of the company, meeting working capital requirements, supporting product and IP initiatives, expanding business across multiple locations and for general corporate purposes.
