New Delhi: A property dealer in Delhi’s Vishnu Garden area was allegedly lynched by an acquaintance of his. Both were drinking alcohol together when there was an altercation between them. The police gave this information on Wednesday. He said that the incident took place on Tuesday in Khyala area of West Delhi. Police said that the deceased has been identified as Sandeep Singh Ahluwalia (52), a resident of Vishnu Garden.
Police said when they reached the hospital after receiving information about Ahluwalia’s death, they found that the victim had injury marks on her left ear, nose and head. According to the police, the victim’s wife Manjeet Kaur complained that accused Mangal Singh had taken her husband with her around 2.30 pm.
When Ahluwalia did not return home in the evening, Manjeet tried to contact him, but he could not be reached over the phone. After many efforts, Mangal Singh picked up Manjeet’s phone and asked him to come to his house.
