The Municipal Corporation had provided an opportunity to regularize irregular properties like plots, houses and shops in Aurangabad city under the Bundlewari Act. However, irregular property owners will be deprived of the opportunities provided by the government as they do not have sufficient knowledge of the documents to regularize their property and do not know the benefits of regularizing the property.
