Weather Update: Monsoon is returning, there may be heavy rains in these states, know the latest forecast of IMD

Rain Alert continues in most parts of the country even in early October. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that the withdrawal of southwest monsoon from some parts of northwest India will start from 6 October.

The Meteorological Department has tweeted that the withdrawal of monsoon will start from around 6 October from some parts of the Northwest. Things seem to be getting better for this.

According to the Meteorological Department, a Cyclonic Circulation is persisting over South-West Bay of Bengal. A low pressure line is extending from this low pressure area up to North Orissa in East Jharkhand. Due to this, a warning of heavy rain has been issued in many states of the country. Heavy rain is expected over Tamil Nadu on October 5, Kerala on October 6 and Karnataka during October 5 to 7.

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe and Tamil Nadu on October 5. There is a possibility of heavy rain in isolated areas of Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, South Konkan, Goa, South Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura.

Heavy rain is expected at isolated places over Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada and Karnataka on October 7. Lightning is very likely at isolated places over Konkan & Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe.
