Success in changing the perception achieved with the mantra of Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas
In his address, the Chief Minister again reiterated that there is no alternative to development. Development is a factor of massive change in the lives of citizens. He said that success in changing the negative perception about Gorakhpur and the state came from Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas”. Today its effect is visible in the entire state. Major works of infrastructure development have been done. Somewhere fertilizer factories have opened, AIIMS has been built, medical colleges have been built, sugar mills have opened, new airports have been built. All these activities are linked to holistic development. If law and order improves in the state, then there has been a lot of investment. Before 2017, there used to be riots in the state on every second-third day. No one from outside wanted to come here and invest. Everyone has seen the changing UP after 2017. Here the policy of zero tolerance against crime and corruption was adopted. The focus was on development. As a result, large scale investment is taking place in the state today. He said that this government has given opportunities in the job with complete transparency without any discrimination on the basis of merit. 4.30 lakh youth were given government jobs in the state, 1.61 crore were linked with other employment and 60 lakh self-employment. Free houses, free toilets, free electricity, free ration were arranged for the poor.
