Baghpat: Cow Dung Hurld was allegedly thrown at the convoy of BJP candidate and MLA Sahendra Singh Ramala, who was taking out a procession in Chhaprauli, Baghpat, on the last day of campaigning for the first phase of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022. BJP workers have made this allegation. BJP workers have also accused of throwing stones. RLD flags were also shown to the convoy in front of the RLD office, due to which the workers of both the parties got into a scuffle. After this the police reached and somehow pacified the matter. Several kilometer long procession was taken out in support of BJP candidate from Chhaprauli Assembly Sahendra Ramala.
BJP leaders allege that when the procession reached Chhaprauli via Mukandpur via Chhaprauli from Tanda’s side, cow dung and cow dung were thrown on the vehicles of the convoy. Along with this, BJP workers have also accused the convoy of throwing stones. Even after this, when the procession reached in front of RLD’s office on the main road, RLD workers protested against them by waving their flags.
