The Congress has taken this decision after hundreds of girls and women without wearing masks participated in the party’s ‘Girl Hoon, Lad Sakti Hoon’ marathon in Bareilly, UP and a stampede-like situation took place.
Congress will now insist on virtual rally in UP elections. Congress General Secretary (Organisation) K.C. Venugopal said the Congress has decided to postpone the big rallies in Uttar Pradesh and other election states.
