In this case, a demand for forest custody was made by presenting the accused in the Civil and Criminal (A.Level) Court of Pawani by the Forest Department. According to which the court has given two-day PCR till February 2 to all the 14 accused in the bird poaching case.
Rohini was hunting in the field
According to the information received, on January 30, at 9:30 pm, the forest department was given secret information about hunting of wild birds in Rohini Khet area of Tehsil. According to which the officials of the local forest department, by laying a trap, caught all the 14 accused of the incident red-handed while hunting for birds.
Arrested the accused by registering a case
All the 14 accused, who were caught red-handed while hunting wild birds, were arrested by registering a case under the Forest Act. The accused include Ashish Moreshwar Shende (22), Khushal Nathu Shende (40), Rakesh Anandrao Shende (24), Jyotirao Sukhdev Meshram (25), Ashish Sukhdev Meshram (23), Kisan Tukaram Shende (26), a resident of Dharmapuri/Pandhargota. Sahadev Shende (25), Sharad Devidas Shende (32), Deepak Shalikram Meshram (30), Sevak Sitaram Shende (46), Amar Ashok Shende (27), Ganesh Sahadev Shende (32), Pradumman Moreshwar Shende (22) and Amol Shankar Meshram (24) is comprised of Aadi.
One custody till February 2
All the 14 accused arrested in the hunting case of wild birds were presented in Pawani court on 31 January. During this, as per the demand of the Forest Department, all the 14 accused in the case have been given forest custody for two days till February 2.
