Private organization presented a proposal
A private organization has submitted a preliminary plan showing the potential to use 7 percent of the area for existing businessmen, 8 percent for builders, 10 percent for nursing colleges, 35 percent for hospitals and 39 percent for commercial buildings. Sources said that recently the primary meeting of the administration and representatives of the concerned organization was also held on this plan.
