Pimpri : The draft ward structure for the general election of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation will be announced on Tuesday. The draft map of the ward structure in the Chief Administrative Office of the Municipal Corporation and eight regional offices will be released tomorrow at 10 am. Municipal Election Officer Balasaheb Khandekar said that the facility of viewing maps online will be available to avoid overcrowding on the background of corona virus infection.
After releasing the draft of the ward structure, objection suggestions will be invited from the people between February 1 and 14. The objection suggestions received will have to be submitted to the commission on 16 February. After this, they will be heard on February 26. After the hearing, the recommendations made by the authorized officials will have to be sent to the Election Commission on March 2. State Election Commission Secretary Kiran Kurundkar has sent this draft ward structure program to the Municipal Corporation. According to this, all the preparations for tomorrow have been completed by the municipal administration.
