He repeatedly called the girl and threatened her for this. Not only this, he entered the victim’s house and molested the girl and abused her. While the other suspected accused lured the girl and pressured her to meet the accused. The matter did not end here. The accused also assaulted the girl’s parents. Eventually the girl’s parents lodged a complaint at the Kalwan police station. A case of POCSO and molestation was registered against Bhushan and his 7 friends here. The police investigated the matter and filed a charge sheet. In the same case, the court has sentenced the accused to 3 years in jail and a fine of Rs 2,000.
