On Wednesday evening, there was panic in the Dubai market located in the administrative building complex when the Enforcement Department team reached here for action after a long time with the force. For a long time, action was not being taken in the Dubai market, due to which the encroachers were encouraged. Even in the whole complex there were shops of different types of goods. Suddenly seeing the squad, the small encroachers ran away with the goods, but the goods of many were spread.
It is said that many shops of vegetables etc. are set up here during the evening. Where there is a crowd of employees coming out of government offices. As soon as the arrival of the squad was realized, these encroachers started competing to collect the goods leaving the customers. Meanwhile, the squad started action and seized a total of 8 handcarts. Bhaskar Malve took part in the action under the guidance of Chief of Enforcement Department Ashok Patil, Enforcement Inspector Sanjay Kamble.

Action was taken by another team of Enforcement Department in Laxminagar zone. VV Oak, a resident of Surendranagar, had illegally built a shed on the second floor of Akshaya Apartment, seeing the open terrace. Even after the shed was ready, it was being used by keeping the goods. A notice was issued on 24 August 2021 by the zonal office regarding this illegal shed spread over 120 square feet, in which Oak himself was instructed to remove the illegal shed. But when not removed, the squad knocked on Wednesday. The shed of both the parts was taken out by taking out some items kept inside. Due to sufficient baggage, the squad postponed the action by giving time to remove the goods.

After a long time, the enforcement department took action against the encroachers standing on the roads in front of the western gate of the railway station. Encroachment was done in front of the station by placing various types of food and other items on the roadside. On seeing the squad, some handcarts started coming out but some encroachers tried to protest. Taking a tough stand, the squad continued the action as the movement was disrupted due to encroachment.
The squad running with solid arrangements seized a total of 10 handcarts during the action. Apart from this, the enforcement department took action in many areas under Hanumannagar zone. Action was taken from Mhalginagar Chowk to Pipla Phata via Hudkeshwar Road and back from Mhalginagar Chowk to Manewada Chowk in which encroachment was removed from the footpaths on both sides.
