Nagpur. Two bags were lying unattended for about 6 hours at Nagpur station, which is included in the major stations of the country and no security personnel could be noticed. On the contrary, the porters showed vigilance and after informing the Railway Protection Force, both the bags were handed over to the Lohmarg Police. Although there was nothing suspicious in both the bags, the security flaw was definitely exposed.
what is the matter
This surprising case is about the art gallery built near the main entrance in the western part of the station. Two new bags of blue and red colors were kept here since morning. Clark room booking numbers were also written on them. It was noticed by some porters on duty at around 11 in the morning, but no one paid much attention to them due to the booking number of the clark room. But even at 6 in the evening, when the bag appeared there, the minds of the porters were blown. He told Abdul Majeed, the President of the Coolie Union. Majeed had also seen these bags in the morning itself. He informed the RPF without delay. GRP personnel also reached in no time.
Fear of wrong number increased concern
As soon as the information was received, ASI Suhasini of RPF reached the spot. He got both the bags checked with a metal detector. The bag was handed over to the GRP as the suspect was not visible in any way. On the other hand, a call on the mobile number received from the booking form of Clark Room rang for a long time but no one got a response. Both RPF and GRP called on that number several times. In the meantime, some Amol Rodke attended the call of RPF and told that both the bags are his but he kept the bags in the clark room so how did they come to the platform. However, late night the said person was kept waiting by the GRP as he could not be contacted.
