Wardha. The strike of ST workers in the district has completed 46 days, even after the call of the Transport Minister, the workers have decided not to return to work, while out of 213 suspended till now, only 5 employees are reported to be returning to work.

The government adopted many measures to suppress the strike of the workers, from the suspension of the workers to their administrative transfers, but the employees of the district are on strike, the employees are adamant on the demand of the merger of ST Mahamandal with the state government, Hinganghat of the district, In front of Arvi, Talegaon, Pulgaon and Ashti depots, the employees are protesting on the path of non-violence.
Warned to fight a cross battle
More than one thousand employees of ST Mahamandal are on strike, due to this the wheels of buses are stopped, the passengers are facing problems due to the ST service being completely affected. The workers of the sitting district have decided not to return to work from Monday and to continue the agitation, this time they have warned to fight a war or a cross, due to which it has become difficult to tell how many days the said strike will last.
