SpiceJet is known for its low prices. Now SpiceJet is going to start 20 new flights on domestic roost. The company announced on Saturday that the company was going to launch these new flights on the domestic network. SpiceJet announced 16 new flights connecting Jaipur (Jaipur). These flights will connect Jaipur to several cities including Dehradun, Amritsar, Udaipur, and Delhi. The SpiceJet flight will also connect Jaipur via Goa and Surat.
With this, SpiceJet has decided to connect Kolkata with Pakyong in Sikkim. Earlier, the company started flights connecting Pakyong to Delhi. This decision has been taken under the central government’s regional connectivity scheme UDAN. Simultaneously, other flights between Delhi and Dehradun have also been started.
A statement issued by SpiceJet said that all these new flights would be launched between 1 February 2021 and 10 February. Flights between Jaipur to Dehradun will be operated four times a week, while flights between Jaipur to Amritsar will be operated three times a week.
Flights from Jaipur to Goa, Udaipur and Delhi will be operated every day, while flights from Delhi to Dehradun will also be operated every day. The company has said that flights between Kolkata to Pakyong will be operated 5 times a week.
SpiceJet has announced that fares for these new services will range between Rs 2,407 to Rs 3,981. These new flights will be operated by Bombardier Q400 Aircraft.
A SpiceJet official has said that there cannot be a better time for Jaipur’s travel and tourism. Therefore, direct flights are being started from Jaipur to many other cities of the country. The company official said that as the cases of COVID-19 are decreasing, tourism is getting boosted. Jaipur is also a special travel destination.
