Ukraine War: Russia launched a rocket attack on a railway station in war-torn eastern Ukraine. Common people were being evacuated from the war-torn area from this railway station. So far 39 people have died in this attack. Four children are among the dead. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that “thousands” of people were present during the missile attack on the station in the eastern Donetsk region’s Kramatorsk city.
Zelensky also posted pictures of a train compartment with broken windows on social media. There the goods are lying unclaimed and the bodies are seen lying in the waiting room outside. Officials said that more than 100 people were also injured in this attack.
“The Russian military is not changing its ways. They are now harming civilians because they do not have the strength and courage to stand before us in the battlefield,” the president said. “There is no end to this evil. If they are not punished, Russia will never stop,” he said.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian leaders said that areas of the country that have been retaken from Russia could see more horrific scenes in the coming days due to the devastation of Russian forces.

Russia has turned its attention to the Russian-speaking Donbass after failing to capture Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv. Moscow-backed rebels have been fighting Ukrainian forces in the Donbass for eight years.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dimitro Kulebo warned on Thursday that the country’s troubles were not going to ease even if Russian troops withdrew. He appealed to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and other countries to provide weapons to help deal with a possible attack in the eastern part of the country.
NATO has agreed to increase the supply of arms to Ukraine in view of the brutality of the Russian army around the capital.
Only 3,700 people left in Bucha with a population of 50,000
Anatoly Fedoruk, the mayor of the city of Bucha near Kyiv, said investigators had found at least three places where civilians were massacred during the Russian invasion. Fedoruk said as of Wednesday 320 bodies had been counted. He said more bodies were being found in the city, which could raise the death toll.
Fedoruk said that the city’s population was 50,000, now only 3,700 remain.
