According to media reports, on the request of French President Emmanuel Macron, Russia has announced a ceasefire to evacuate foreigners. During this, Russia will keep a close watch on the movement of people evacuating from the drone. Russia alleges that Ukraine can do something wrong during the ceasefire.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, during talks with US lawmakers on Saturday, claimed that Russian forces have captured two Ukrainian nuclear plants and they are moving towards a third plant. Zelensky said the Yuzhnoukrensk nuclear power plant, located about 120 kilometers north of Mykolaiv, is currently at risk.

Zelensky claimed Ukrainian forces remained in control of major cities in the country’s central and southeast, while Russian forces were attempting to blockade Kharkiv, Nikolayev, Chernihiv and Sumy. The Ukrainian president claimed 10,000 Russian soldiers had been killed in the 10 days of the war. However, the authenticity of this claim could not be independently verified. There is no official information being shared by Russia about the casualties. However, on Wednesday, Russia disclosed about 500 soldiers killed in the fighting.
