Israel has once again been attacked on the Gaza Strip side. The Israeli military said that Palestinian militants fired rockets in the southern part of the country on Friday. This was the second attack by the Gaza Strip in 24 hours. In response to the attack, Israeli fighter jets and helicopters on Saturday targeted five targets of the Hamas (terrorist organization), which controls the Gaza Strip.
According to a statement issued by the Israeli military, it targeted a training site, anti-aircraft missile launcher post, a bomb factory and the Terror Tunnel. The army described these targets as the Terror Target, which Hamas was operating. But there is no news of any casualty in this air attack. Let us tell that Israel holds Hamas responsible for any attack from Palestine. On the other hand, the spokesman of the Islamic terrorist organization Hajem Kassem said that Israeli airstrikes will not break Gaza.
Israel was attacked late on Thursday night
Eyewitnesses and security sources said the Israeli airstrikes targeted two training sites in southern Gaza and another target in central Gaza. This is the second time this week when both sides have attacked each other. Rockets were fired into southern Israel from Gaza late Thursday night. After this, the Israeli army retaliated by destroying several Hamas bases in Gaza. However, no one was killed in these attacks.
Both sides have fought three wars so far
Hamas took control of the Gaza Strip in 2007. After this, Israel blocked the Gaza Sea and ground borders. At the same time, because of this, both sides have fought the war thrice since then. The two sides have entered into an informal agreement in recent years. But even after this, there are clashes across the border. While there has been a rocket attack on Israel from Gaza, Israel also retaliates by carrying out air strikes on Gaza.
