Jaipur, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has invited world-class IT companies to the Rajiv Gandhi Center of Advanced Technology to be set up in the information center of Jaipur to train the youth in the latest techniques of information technology. The proposal has been approved to provide well equipped training space and maintenance facility free of cost.
It is noteworthy that Gehlot, in the budget of the year 2021-22, provided certificate courses and multidisciplinary research to the youth of the state in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics and Virtual Reality, as well as to inform the general public about the innovations happening in this field. To provide information, it was announced to set up Rajiv Gandhi Center of Advanced Technology in Jaipur with an amount of Rs 200 crore.

According to a government statement, this center has been envisaged as a high-level institution, in which the latest information technology training programs will be conducted for the youth of the state by world class IT companies. To facilitate and encourage these companies to start training facilities in the state, the Chief Minister has given approval to provide well-equipped training institutes and maintenance facilities free of cost.
Various quality training courses in three categories will be conducted in this institute by world class IT companies as training partners. The first will be a premium course, which will be fee based. The second course will be subsidized by the state government, in which 100 children will be selected for each training partner. The third course will be based on e-learning and will be free of cost, in which the course material will be provided free of cost. (agency)
