The National Lok Adalat, organized on the instructions of the National Legal Services Authority and the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, was inaugurated in the district and sessions court on Saturday.
He said that maximum pending cases are settled through Lok Adalat. Earlier, Pune district is the first in disposal of cases through Lok Adalat. He said that even if there are differences, there should not be any differences. Due to this, Lok Adalat proves to be important for resolving disputes intelligently. The judge said that maximum number of cases will be settled through Lok Adalat in the district. In this Lok Adalat, District Judge S.S. Gosavi, District Judge K.P. Nandedkar, Secretary of the Legal Services Authority and Senior Level Judge of the Civil Court, Pratap Sawant, District Public Prosecutor N.D. Patil, Vice President of Pune Lawyers Bar Association Yogesh Tupe were present.
