WASHINGTON (AP) — A person drove his automobile right into a barricade close to the U.S. Capitol early Sunday after which started firing gunshots within the air from the burning automobile earlier than fatally capturing himself, police stated.
The incident occurred simply earlier than 4 a.m. at a car barricade set at East Capitol Street and 2nd Street in Washington.
