New Delhi. Yes, today i.e. on Sunday 26th December, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is addressing the countrymen through his monthly radio program ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at 11 am. Know that this episode of Mann Ki Baat will also be the ‘last episode’ of this year. In this special episode today, PM Modi kept his important points on the prevention of the new variant of Coronavirus, Omicron and following the corona protocol on the new year.

In his address today, PM Modi said the following important things –
- He said that, at this time you must be preparing for the farewell of 2021 and welcome of 2022. On the New Year, every person, every organization, takes a resolution to do something better, to become better in the coming year.
- He said that, it is the power of manpower, it is everyone’s effort that India could fight the biggest epidemic in 100 years. We stood by each other in every difficult time, like a family. In our locality or city. Have to help someone, who tried to do more than what he made.
- On vaccination, he said that, crossing the milestone of 140 crore doses of vaccine, every Indian has his own achievement.
- Suggesting on Omicron, he said that, our scientists are constantly studying this new Omicron variant. Every day they are getting new data, their suggestions are being worked on. The discipline of the country is a great force against this variant of Corona.
- Promoting Varun Singh, PM Modi said that, many lives engaged in the service of Mother Bharti touch these heights of sky with pride every day, teaching us a lot. One such life was the life of Group Captain Varun Singh.
- He further said that Varun Singh, was flying the helicopter that crashed in Tamil Nadu this month. In that accident, we lost many heroes including the country’s first CDS General Bipin Rawat and his wife. Varun Singh also fought bravely for several days before death, but then he also left us. When Varun was in the hospital, At that time I saw something on social media which touched my heart. He was awarded the Shaurya Chakra in August this year. After this honour, he wrote a letter to the principal of his school. After reading this letter, the first thought that came to my mind was that even after reaching the top of success, he did not forget to irrigate the roots. Second- that when they had time to celebrate, they worried about the generations to come.
- Regarding the students, he said that, every year, I discuss the examinations with the students on similar topics. This year also I am planning to discuss with the students before the exams. It is worth noting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had made three big announcements in his special address to the nation yesterday. Under which now the children of 15 years to 18 years are going to get the necessary vaccine of corona. At the same time, PM Modi also made a big announcement of giving booster doses to frontline workers, health workers and those with serious illness above 60 years.
