Petrol-Diesel Price Hike: Today again the sword of inflation has hit the pocket of the common man. Oil companies have increased the price of petrol and diesel by 80 paise per liter today (April 2). After today’s increase, petrol per liter in the capital Delhi became Rs 102.61 and diesel Rs 93.87. Prices were stable for 137 days due to elections in five states, but after that when it started rising, it could not be controlled and in the last 12 days it became costlier by Rs 7.20 per liter. Oil has become expensive 10 times in these 12 days and after 22 March the prices were stable only on 24 March and yesterday on 1 April.
