Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Secret Talks With India: Foreign ministers of India and Pakistan were present in the same country on two occasions, but still could not negotiate between them. The first occasion was the Heart of Asia Conference to be held in Tajikistan. And the second opportunity was for the two leaders to visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In which Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi stayed in Dubai while Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar (S Jaishankar) in Abu Dhabi. Now Qureshi has given an interview, in which he has answered the questions related to ‘conversation’.
In an interview given to Turkish TV channel TRT World, Qureshi has somehow denied an ‘intelligence conversation’ between India and Pakistan (India Pakistan Relations). He said that there is no dialogue between the two countries through any third party. Recently, there was news that UAE is trying to bring both the countries to the negotiation table and this conversation has started in a secret manner. On this, Qureshi said that the UAE is not mediating any kind of dialogue.
No conversation happening
Foreign Minister Qureshi said that ‘India and Pakistan are the two nuclear weapon states of South Asia and the relationship between these two countries as well as UAE is good. But at the moment there is no dialogue between the two. But during this time, he clearly said that Pakistan has not backed down from any talks. Qureshi said about India that he (India) only withdraws from the conversation. Along with this, Qureshi has accused India of taking provocative steps.
