The stir in Haryana’s Jat politics will again intensify
Chautala’s release may have a fresh impact on the Jat politics of Haryana. Political analysts believe that Omprakash Chautala’s activation may harm the Congress as its leader former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda may challenge the Jats. However, BJP believes that due to this, Jat politics can be divided into two parts. He can get benefit from it. Om Prakash Chautala’s grandson and JJP leader Dushyant Chautala is already with the BJP. Manohar Lal Khattar’s government rests on their support. The tension between BJP and JJP had increased due to the farmers’ movement.
