New Delhi: The orgy of the new variant of Corona in India, Omicron Updates, continues. Infected cases are coming to the fore continuously. In the midst of all this, the situation remains worrying. State governments including the Center have taken several precautionary steps in view of Omicron at their level. According to the information received by the Union Health Ministry, the total number of Omicron cases in the country has reached 358. The maximum number of cases have been reported in Maharashtra and Delhi.
It is to be known that the Union Health Ministry said this morning that the total number of cases of Omicron in India has increased to 358. Maharashtra and Delhi are on top regarding new variants of Corona. In Maharashtra where there are 88 cases. At the same time, there are a total of 67 cases in Delhi. Also, 114 out of 358 patients have recovered.

It is noteworthy that 38 cases of Omicron have been reported in Telangana. Talking about other states, Omicron has reported four cases each in Tamil Nadu (34), Karnataka (31), Gujarat (30), Kerala (27), Rajasthan (22), Haryana and Odisha. Also, three cases each have been registered in Jammu and Kashmir and Bengal, two each in Andhra Pradesh-UP. While there have been reports of new variants of corona, one case each in Chandigarh, Ladakh and Uttarakhand.
It may be noted that earlier due to the Omicron crisis, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the current situation of COVID by holding a high level meeting. He reviewed the latest situation of this global epidemic in India with health experts and officials and discussed the future steps being taken regarding it.
