New Delhi: Concern has increased even more amidst the tension of Omicron, the dangerous variant of Coronavirus in the country. After the positive cases of this variant found in many states, now Omicron has knocked in West Bengal as well. The first case of Omicron has been reported in West Bengal. It is being told that in the case of Omicron variant that surfaced in West Bengal, a 7-year-old child has been found positive.
News agency PTI gave information by tweeting and quoted the health department as saying that the first case of Omicron has been reported in West Bengal. A seven-year-old child has been found infected with this form of corona virus.

The threat of Omicron is increasing continuously in the country. Earlier on Tuesday, new cases of Omicron have been reported in Delhi, Rajasthan and Mumbai. Rajasthan Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena said on Tuesday that four more cases of Omicron have been reported in the state. The health of these patients is stable. However, it is a matter of relief that, in all the previous Omicron cases in the state, the report has come negative.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, four more Omicron cases have also been reported in Delhi. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain had told on Tuesday that, four new Omicron cases have been detected, taking the total number of cases to 6. Out of 6 cases, 1 patient has been discharged from the hospital.
