Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has taken a jibe at the BJP, saying that he is afraid of praise, not criticism. The Chief Minister said this at the inauguration of the new building of Public Trust Registration Office in Jalna. CM Uddhav Thackeray participated in this program through video conferencing. At the beginning of this program, the people present there appreciated the work of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Under the guise of this appreciation, the Chief Minister took a jibe at the BJP and said that nowadays if someone praises me, I am scared. He also remembered actress Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘Thappad se dar nahi lagta saheb pyar se dar lagta hai’ dialogue from actor Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg’.
