new Delhi: There has been a big disclosure in Aryan Khan Drugs Case. According to media reports, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau has reportedly found no evidence to prove that Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan. (Aryan Khan) was allegedly part of a big drugs syndicate. However, NCB has said on media reports that, to say that the evidence against Aryan Khan has not been found, it will be too soon as the investigation in the case is still going on and at present they have not reached any conclusion yet.
According to ANI, on the report of no evidence against Aryan Khan in the cruise ship drugs case, SIT chief and NCB DDG (Operations) Sanjay Singh has said that, it is too early to say that there is no evidence against Aryan Khan. The investigation is still on, several statements have been recorded. Haven’t reached any conclusion yet.
Highly premature to say that there’s no evidence against Aryan Khan. Probe still in progress; recorded multiple statements. According to reports, it has also been suggested in this case that there were allegedly several irregularities in the NCB raid on Cruise last October. The raids were conducted by the Mumbai unit of NCB. A Hindustan Times report stating some key findings stated that, there was no need to take Aryan’s phone and check his chats as drugs were not found in his possession. The report said that “no video-recording” was done during the raid, which is mandated in the NCB’s manual. It said that, as far as narcotics recovered from several accused are concerned, they were shown as ‘single recovery’.
However, the report further said that the investigation of the SIT is yet to be completed and it may take a few more months to submit its final report. Legal opinion will be sought as to whether Khan can be charged with consumption, even if no narcotic substance has been found on him. The SIT probe has raised more questions on the purpose of the raids conducted by the agency’s former Mumbai regional unit director Sameer Wankhede.
