The accused in the murder case of Anil Shankar Bhosale (32, Dussehra Maidan) Chetan alias Chetar Gabar Shinde has been detained by the Kotwali police for setting up a shop at the encroached place near Gyanmata School on Irwin Road. Presented in court and taken in police custody till December 22.

Both Anil Bhosale and Chetar Shinde are residents of Dussehra Maidan complex. Both are brothers in the relationship. On Sunday, Anil Bhosle and accused Chetan Shinde encroached on the turning road in front of Gyanmata High School and set up two Christmas gift shops. Both the families have subsistence on these shops, for the last two days, there was a dispute between both the families regarding the place. Meanwhile, Anil Bhosle had gone to Baroda city of Gujarat.
From where, on his return on Saturday, Chetar Shinde had a dispute with Anil over family reasons between the two and doubting the character of the wife. After which both of them drank alcohol together during the night. In the matter, again there was a dispute between the two regarding the place of the shop. The matter escalated so much that the accused Chetar took out a knife and stabbed Anil. Not only this, he killed him by hitting him with a stone.

On information, Kotwali police reached the spot. CP Aarti Singh reached there with the police force. Separate teams were dispatched in search of the absconding accused. Meanwhile, on the complaint of the deceased’s sister Ramjan Shinde, the Kotwali police has registered a case. Meanwhile, the City Kotwali police detained the accused Chetar Shinde, who was trying to escape from the railway station towards Gujarat, late at night from the railway station. Which was presented in the court on Sunday afternoon and sought police custody. The court has given PCR till 22 December.
