Mumbai. The increasing cases of Corona Pandemic have increased the tension of the Government of Maharashtra. Meanwhile, more than 18 thousand cases have been reported in the state within 24 hours, out of which 10,860 cases have been registered in Mumbai alone. Apart from this, 40 Omicrons have been found infected. The capital Mumbai has become the hotspot of Corona. In view of this, the local administration is taking strict steps. BMC has issued a new ceiling guideline for sealing of buildings. Under which if more than 20% flats in a society come under the grip of corona, then they will be sealed.
According to the guidelines for sealing buildings, if more than 20 percent of the flats in a building’s wing or complex or society come under the grip of corona virus, then it will be sealed. For example, if there are 20 flats in a wing and out of which 2 flats are found in COVID patients, then that wing will be sealed.

Earlier, if 5 or more patients were found in a building, then the building is sealed. Positive patients living in home quarantine will have to stay at home for 10 days from the onset of symptoms, if in the meantime he does not have any symptoms for 3 days, then after testing, further decision will be taken on the basis of the report.
