Maharashtra: To buy Corona ‘self-test-kit’, know this new condition of Uddhav government

New Delhi/Mumbai. Where on one hand the terror of Corona is at its peak in Maharashtra. At the same time, now with the new variant Omicron of Corona in the state, the Delta variant is also spreading its feet rapidly. According to the data released by the Health Department, Omicron’s record 238 infected have been found in the state in the last 24 hours. While 43,211 new cases of Delta have been reported. Wherein 19 patients have died.

At the same time, now the Uddhav government has become a little strict about the figures on the issue of selling the Corona Self-Test Kit by the chemist. Yes, now the chemist will have to keep the data of each self-test kit sold and also take a copy of their Aadhar card from the buyer. In this regard, Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar today clarified that, “We have decided that every person who buys self-test kits will have to give their Aadhaar card to the chemist to maintain the record. If any positive comes on this, then they will have to immediately inform the authorities and update it online.

Let us know that in the last 24 hours, 46,723 new cases of corona have been reported in Maharashtra. This was followed by 27,561 cases in Delhi, 22,155 cases in West Bengal, 21,390 cases in Karnataka and 17,934 cases in Tamil Nadu. In this way 54.87% of new cases have been reported from these five states. At the same time, Maharashtra alone seems to be responsible for 18.88% of the new cases.
